Trakm8 is working very closely with Government departments - both nationally and locally - on a number of jointly funded programmes to develop new technology solutions to the challenges faced by today's transport systems. 

Not only is Trakm8's technology being used to give authorities a greater visibility of their own vehicle fleets, mobile assets and workers, but it is also providing the platform upon which new and innovative approaches to existing and future transport problems are being shaped.

Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) are key to the future of integrated transport policy and decision making. Through its experience in this area, and by developing key partnerships over many years, Trakm8 has a wealth of data and expertise which it is now using to good effect in this field. Innovative propositions have been developed to assist transport policy makers and Fleet Managers in increasing efficiency, driving down costs and improving the flow of traffic. Trakm8 has been pivotal in helping authorities develop their transport and operational activities.
