Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK), the designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, announces that copies of its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 and notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.trakm8.com.

The AGM will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday 25 August 2011 at the Company's office, Lydden House, Wincombe Business Park, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 9QJ.
