Change of Company Auditors

Trakm8 Holdings PLC announces that it has appointed Milsted Langdon LLP, of  Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue,TauntonTA1 2UH, as auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries.

The resignation letter received by the Company from Baker Tilly LLP, included a statutory statement confirming that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors. The statutory statement is required under section 519(2) of the Companies Act 2006.

Change of Company Registrar

Trakm8 Holdings PLC also wish to announce that with effect from the close of business on 7^th January 2011 their registrars have changed to; Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, 18 Laurel Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 3DA.

Shareholders having a need to contact the Company’s registrars should forward correspondence to the above address or they can contact the new registrar’s shareholder helpline on 0121 585 1131. Please note that certificated shareholders will not be issued with new certificates as the existing certificates will remain valid.
