Extension of Trakm8’s Hardware Range

Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK.L), the designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, today announces the acquisition of the telematics hardware assets of Vincotech Gmbh (“Vincotech”), the Munich based engineering company,  including assets relating to the recently launched A1091 hardware module.

Vincotech’s customers demand for GPRS based telematics solutions will now be met by Trakm8, who have a long and successful history within the industry, having supplied over 160,000 hardware units since the Company’s formation in 2002.

Commenting on the acquisition, John Watkins, Trakm8's CEO, said;
