The Company received notification of the following Director’s dealings today.

Paul Wilson today sold 320,512 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 13p per Ordinary Share. On the same day, the trustees of Paul Wilson’s SIPP purchased 320,512 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Paul Wilson’s interest in the Company remains unchanged at 320,512 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.71 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
