related hardware, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at  the Coppleridge Inn,
Motcombe, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP7 9HW on Thursday 20th August 2009 at 09.30am.
 
Notice and Form of Proxy of the AGM and the report and accounts for the year ending 31 March
2009 have  been  sent  by  post  to  all  shareholders  on  the Register  as  at  28th July 2009 and  are
